Christine Miller
Founder
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Christine Miller’s career has been driven by a passion for law since a young age. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 2007 and a Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in 2010. During her legal studies, she had the unique opportunity to study international law under the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, an experience that profoundly shaped her approach to legal practice.
Christine Miller
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Christine Miller's career has been driven by a passion for law since a young age. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 2007 and a Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law in 2010. During her legal studies, she had the unique opportunity to study international law under the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, an experience that profoundly shaped her approach to legal practice.
After law school, Christine returned to Kentucky, where she began her career as a public defender specializing in juvenile law in Mount Sterling. She later established a family law practice in Louisville, where for over a decade she handled complex cases involving divorce, child custody, and domestic violence. Her dedication and legal acumen earned her recognition within the legal community, including accolades such as "Super Lawyer" and "Top 10 Family Law Attorney."
Christine's passion for the law was reinvigorated when she briefly taught a law program at a local high school in Louisville, where she shared her expertise with students pursuing legal studies. She is now a vocal critic of the family court system and passionate about bringing about transparency and accountability within the judiciary. Her investigative work has been published by the Davis Vanguard out of California. She is the co-founder of Judge-y and co-host of The JudgeMental Podcast.
Hugh "Trey" Barrow
Co-Founder
With more than twenty years of legal expertise in the areas of Divorce and Family Law, Hugh W. Barrow is the co-founder of Judge-y and co-host of the JudgeMental Podcast. Hugh is also an entreprenuer in the areas of clean-energy and software developement.
After growing up in South Carolina, Hugh lived and worked in Maine, Vermont, Seattle and Alabama before settling in Washington, D.C., where he worked as an attorney in several law firms and nongovernmental organizations. He then moved to Louisville and grew a family law firm into a regional powerhouse with six offices in five states.
Hugh "Trey" Barrow

Working in multiple states, Hugh developed a specialized litigation practice focussing on high-asset divorces and complex adoptions. He has represented thousands of clients and won numerous awards for his trial work.
Hugh earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, alongside an LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law, an M.S. from Samford University and a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University. He is a member of the Louisville Bar Association (Family Law Section), the Kentucky Bar Association.
