family court hearing. don’t mention abuse, it will be turned against you. Communication: I don’t think he looked away from his computer once. came across as not caring. more supportive of men.

Legal Knowledge: Discussing abuse will lead to backlash. He does not want to hear any evidence that would not support both parties getting equal custody. Fairness & Impartiality: Parties that discuss abuse, whether against the children or parent, are at a disadvantage. Judicial Temperament: Again, it all depends on whether you stay in the lanes he wants. If you pretend the other party is not abusive, this judge will treat you fair. If you mention abuse, you will be treated poorly. Communication: Abuse is irrelevant. He is very clear about that. He will consistently remind everyone that abusing parents or abusing partners are still great people. Timeliness: He is on time to start hearings. But continuances drag cases out way beyond the statute. Parties are left in limbo for months.

★☆☆☆☆ Litigant

Very Partial to Men and fathers. I lost custody of my Daughter at age 3 for reporting abuse. I was arrested during an exchange at the airport. 1.5 weeks later I lost her. my charges were dropped 4 months later but I was never allow to get her back. Her father Got caught by the police leaving her home alone at age 4 for atleast 45 minutes. I filed for an emergency removal which was denied. I have evidence of multiple abuse situations that have been ignored. I believe custody was sold to her father who is a Lt. Colonel. Legal Knowledge: Multiple violations of constitutional, human, and civil rights, for both me and my daughter. Fairness & Impartiality: Pro Father to the detriment of children. Judicial Temperament: Many decisions have been made without me being present. He also discusses his personal life in front of everyone. Such as purchasing a smoker for his wife's birthday. Communication: Not once has he explained anything to me. Timeliness: Continuance, after continuance, everything is dragging on. being he ignores previous orders put in place, making up new ones as we go along so that everything continues to drag on
