Criminal Case regarding misidentification and false police report and civil rights violations. Legal Knowledge: Presented clear case law and the state statue and he didn’t treat it as he knew anything regarding the case when it came to appearing he stated he “didn’t have a chance to familiarize himself with the case yet” even though it had been 3 months before hand. Clear state statute was presented about being immune from civil or criminal prosecution and still allowed the state to proceed. Communication: Took 4 months for ruling on motions to dismiss. Timeliness: Took 4 months to rule on motions that were presented before pretrial hearing. Never received any correspondence from the motions that were filed.
