Or simply does not address it and hope it just goes away Judicial Temperament: Totally opposite. Has shown both physically and verbal communication with outbursts showing public bias and even challenging whether someone is a victim or not as well as berating individuals in open court Communication: No clarity. Always just "suggestions" that open doors for more chaos. literally sets people up for failure with unreasonable expectations Timeliness: I'm currently watching a case of his as well as my own whereas the case is over three years old and the court itself I believe made it into a high conflict case. while in court, I watched him treat a father like a dependent AND even called him a defendent in error
