Kenosha in general is a popularity contest. add Commissioner smathers, and then Judge Gabrielle… that combo is stripping children from parents for incentives of child support. you pay for motions, the refuse to hear them. should not be allowed to practice law!!! Fairness & Impartiality: abuses her discretion all the time! terrible human being! she’s still living through high school popularity contest. Timeliness: you file a motion , Forget about it being heard until she actually wants to hear it. you will get notes and not a hearing. Legal Knowledge: application of the law, is optional for her. abuse of discretion ALL the time! she will rip a family apart and won’t blink an eye. she’s getting paid under the table by others (cops, care providers and local biz). she knows she has immunity, so she’s on a power trip! Judicial Temperament: she will lash out like a crazy women! Communication: don’t talk back to her, she retaliates.
