Legal Knowledge: dosnt recognize chain of custody now a days electronic verifications. He makes up rules that are stated nowhere. He allows attorney to tamper with witness and attorney admitted to the court that he called my witness and told him not to come. caught in exparte communication on two occasions during trial with same attorney and head of company. this judge worked with attorney privately to cowarce the outcome of the bench trial. Fairness & Impartiality: judge states that I have over 500 exebits for evidence. judge denied and ignored all my evidence and witness statements, judge made pretrial arrangements and approved my Dr as a witness. even agreed with her attorney that she would have her medical records to go off of, Dr shows up judge and the attorney come up with a reason I'm not allowed to let my Dr use the medical records, that had been in evidence for months. it was done to let the big company get out of accountability. the judge made more objections then the opposing attorney did. during pretrial stated that he's throwing a fraudulent document out, (it was their only piece of evidence they had). and allowed the attorney to resubmit it at trial out of the blue, I objected judge says okay you can and then submitted the fraudulent document n made his ruling on the bench trial based on that document. Judicial Temperament: judge was angry, intimidating, lying , while my witnesses were on the stand he was rushing them, he was rude and conditsending. he sat there with his hands covering his face that you could see by his red face he was angry. Communication: he ignored my evidence that was very thorough, he was the one with the opposing attorneywho decided what my claims were going to be at trial he let me raise the unfinished work per the contract, he also allowed me to bring in my emotional distress, then at the end he tells me I'm not allowed to claim emotional distress over a contract, which isn't true, but that is how they had it planned for me to loose. when I said something judge told me that's what smart attorneys are for and I should have hired an attorney! Timeliness: very puctional, in fat him and the opposing attorney showed up really early one day before court, myself and others caught the judge on the bench having discussions exparte. I know they were up to no good because as soon as they saw me they all shifted in their chairs, and scrambled for documents too look like they weren't talking to each other. ( twice that day)
