Legal Knowledge: uses his own interpretation of the law to violate people's rights. Fairness & Impartiality: abuses his power by giving cash bails to people that do not fit the criteria of a high cash bail . Judicial Temperament: very unprofessional and has a severe lack of knowledge of how certain court procedures are to be done . also makes it impossible for people to exercise their rights with out being targeted by police and sheriff's dept . Communication: very unprofessional bias and rude. pretty sure he takes money from the police in this co to allow them to influence his decisions in a case . Timeliness: he is garbage all the way around. but of course he is right on time while he attempts to destroy people's lives based on lies proven in court trials and omissions of the criminal cops that have been questioned and put on a stand . has made comments on record that should be questioned by the judicial committee on his oath of ethics.
