I saw this judge ask an old man politely and patiently several times to talk on his phone out side court room as it continously rang in court. she maintained respect for her elders politeness humbleness as if she was one of us an equal just there to do her job. most judge's would have been rude disrespectful and power/ego tripping. I listened as lawyers discussed her demeanor while doing in custody cases until 8 at night being just as polite with the last as the first.
