Turns an absolute arrogant and blind eye to documented abuse of children. Fairness & Impartiality: No impartiality. Rulings almost seem as if he is mixing up evidence presented by the time he makes ruling. Backwards rulings. Judicial Temperament: Attempts to be demeaning to litigants who hold him to his own previous rulings. Communication: Oral rulings contradict with written rulings. Disregards own orders when brought for contempt, with phrases such as "I don't see how this is relevant" (despite the order being from his own bench, and mandated both parties follow). Verbal justification to side-stepping family court law baffled attorneys and observers. Timeliness: Final orders took unnecessarily long.
