Protection order. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge McCann made a ruling in a case he heard before mine and commented on the amount of effort a single father was putting in to care for his child. I am a single mother of 3 and he made a mockery of me and painted me as a crazy woman. There was apparent and obvious bias presented before I even had a chance to speak.
