divorce proceeding Legal Knowledge: It's hard to say if she KNOWS the law - what I'm sure of is that she doesn't follow the law. It's possible that she knows the law and is choosing to break the law or maybe she doesn't know the law. Even when the law is spelled out for her, though, she will consistently ignore the law if it's not what she wants to do. Fairness & Impartiality: Seriously a horrific judge. She seems to favor those whose lawyers are in the "good ol boy" network in Lewis County. She doesn't actually listen to testimony (or listens selectively for evidence that supports her narrative) but rubber stamps GAL reports, even if you can get the GAL to admit at trial that her claims in the report were false - this judge will adopt those findings anyway if it benefits her favored party/attorney. Judicial Temperament: She's not rude. it's more a passive aggressive attitude. "I will destroy you politely." Communication: I understand what her ruling is. Her explanation as to WHY she's entering the ruling is not as clear. Timeliness: I do not remember a timeliness issue.
