Signed a final parenting plan without my presence and claimed I had substantial substance abuse and mental health issues that impacted my parenting. She signed a final parenting plan that essentially eradicated my existence. The parenting plan stated I would have "NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER" with my minor children until multiple evaluations were done and numerous months of treatment followed. Blatant violation of my constitutional and parental rights: violation of due process and violation of basic civil and custodial rights.
