He allows abusers to harm children psychologically and emotionally. He allows the abuser to harm the targeted parent psychologically, emotionally, and financially.

Family Court Legal Knowledge: he constantly fails to recuse himself while sitting on the Virginia Beach budget committee for JDR while presiding over JDR cases that are directly proportional to the size of said budget. he's got a huge conflict of interest and he's a c********** piece of s***. Fairness & Impartiality: completely and totally unfair only worried about the size of the budget. Judicial Temperament: while he has no problem maintaining his composure so do most criminals and crooked individuals!
