went into the courtroom with a full hand . Proof of adultery, Proof of drug use methamphetamine, MDMA cocaine drug test from a hospital, Proof of witness tampering. he is owned by John Whitbeck. my ex-wife of over 20 years was able to give Mr. Whitbeck $50,000 to erase me. I was the one that filed for a divorce for abandonment and adultery. This judge literally disregarded all evidence found me guilty of adultery found me guilty of abandonment, even though I was locked out of my own house, took my entire life savings 401(k) cars closed everything and then gave me a bill for $20,000 with 90 days to pay it and he would decide whether I’d go to jail or not. Mr. Plowman is going to be in big trouble him and john Whitbeck have been stealing from everyone in Loudon County for years, Lon County is the richest county, and also the most corrupt honorable is not even close. Legal Knowledge: they’re just stealing has nothing to do with the law Fairness & Impartiality: fairness, my ex-wife was allowed to sell my cars my clothes my motorcycle locked me out of the house and never let me back in empty my bank account. I was charged with smoking marijuana while she had illegal drugs, such as methamphetamine, MDMA and cocaine in her blood.he was flirting with my x on the stand.a true monster. Judicial Temperament: mr. Plowman offered to throw my mother in jail after she wrote a check for $20,000 to keep her son out of jail Communication: told me I was the worst person he’d ever met, me a stay at home dad. when I left my children, they all were in the appropriate grades and had all straight marks. My family has been kidnapped and hold hostage that I might have to pay a reconnection therapist for $3800 an hour to see my son who I raised every single day until I met john Whitbeck. Timeliness: Time starts when Mr. Whitbeck walks into the courtroom he owns plowman. He owns Fisher. He owns all of Loudon County. These people are stealing from the richest pond in America and they belong in prison.
