Legal Knowledge: He has disobeyed the constitution going against parental rights while punishing the good parent dismissing evidence too. I am constantly reminding of laws and the constitution apparently the entire courtroom forgets about. He has placed my kids since 2018 with child abusers and chooses his orders over safety. Judicial Temperament: He is fairly peaceful and listens however sometimes he will get snippy or loud when you loose his attention, are not prepared, get rude, get busted lying (but does nothing about it), or your disorganized. He really doesn’t have time for shenanigans there’s other cases to hear. Communication: He will help you understand if you don’t understand. Especially if your pro se. Timeliness: He has the final order ready when he says it’ll be ready whether then and there or the next day at latest.
