I didn't experience her as a judge over a case but had her as my opposing counsel in 2024 the year before she was given a judge position in the same Pittsylvania County Virginia Court in juvenile & domestic relations district court. Legal Knowledge: She lacked basic knowledge that she is supposed to know lying as an officer of the court is illegal. She made up false stalking allegations she couldn't provide evidence for and made several other lies as an officer of the court for her client to win and be allowed to completely alienate children from a loving parent. Fairness & Impartiality: She showed no fairness as she wasn't made to follow the law. She was called aggressive even her lies were called tactics and she was able to het away with breaking the law. The Commonwealth Attorney Bryan Haskins was also made aware of her lies with another lawyer proving on documented paper she did in fact lie as an officer of the court. Judicial Temperament: She was very theatrical in presenting her false stalking allegations jumping up and pretending she was scared of the victim of her lies and abusive behavior in court. Communication: She only communicated with the court actors and her client so I'm not sure about her communication. She did follow my oldest child into the judge's chambers as an officer of the court when according to law she wasn't supposed to. Timeliness: I am not not sure of this as she continued to do litigation abuse by filing so many motions and injunctions as an officer of the court.
