Placed a protection order on Mother (never dissolving the standing protection orders for father). Labeled child as Foster Care. Not Kinship. Signed an order mother was indigent. Marked mother present for this- mother was not present. This was done using prior records from 2017/2021 another attorney of records who never withdrew from the records. she didn’t stop there. Bio father has been Fostering his own child since 2023… This is a severe abuse case.
