I had 2 cases with Judge Jewel, I presented motions to suppress and dismiss frivolous claims of criminal charges. The evidence itself showed no violation of the state statutes but yet the judge still proceeded to trial and convictions. Judge Jewel denied me the right to discuss constitutional arguments, cross-examination of police policies, and ignore the fact that the prosecutor presented no evidence.
