dcfs case brought to court child custody. Legal Knowledge: judge knight in 2.5 years never applied the law on the record. never explained utah law and why she ruled that way. let the AAG do all the utah laws and stautes in the written orders. the written orders never matched the record or what happened in court. judge knight ignored any positive evidence of the parents trying and going above and beyond. when we went pro se it angered her even more she dismissed 100% of our motions and granted all motions from the state. judge knight never appointed the gal to represent our kids she just showed up with a notice of appearance. when we called subject matter jurisdiction 4 times she closed the case so she didnt have to answer or vacate the please that was built on fraud. Fairness & Impartiality: I was told by my lawyer only 4 months into the case that the AAG always gets what the AAG wants. that was true after 2.5 years the AAG was granted 100% of their motions and they wrote all the court minutes and added things into the minutes that never happened. the AAG put improper motion s yet they were granted whole 100% of our motions were denied on technicalities. the AAG ran the whole courtroom and the gal echoed everything they said. Judicial Temperament: she always came off soft and sweet and caring made you feel comfortable just before she ruled against you. Communication: she never explained why she ruled and kept moving the goal post but never explained where the goal post was. parents are always blindly shooting at an invisible goal post. Timeliness: Court always started on time ended in a timely manner always ruled within a time frame. despite all others things she failed on she ruled quickly and timely but not lawfully.
