This is an attorney foreign to the Texas Constitution and owes allegiance to a foreign entity. Based on my observations, her conduct raised serious questions about adherence to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and the overall fairness of the proceedings. She appeared to be a lack of candor with the court, including statements that were misleading or not properly supported by the record. Additionally, the handling of the case gave the impression of unfairness and disregard for proper procedure, which undermined confidence in the integrity of the process. I was also troubled by what seemed to be inappropriate communications and actions that did not reflect the level of neutrality and professionalism expected in legal proceedings; especially in matters impacting families and due process rights. Overall, the experience left me with significant concerns about impartiality, transparency, and whether the proceedings respected fundamental fairness. I strongly encourage others in similar situations to carefully document everything and seek independent legal guidance and to be cautious in hiring this attorney caue if she cannot follow basic court procedures, she will engage in misconduct as an attorney Legal Knowledge: Has very little to no knowledge in statutory law, relies in ex-parte communication to perverse the integrity of court proceedings Fairness & Impartiality: does not conduct in such Judicial Temperament: Deamenor shows as if under the influence Communication: Does not communicate nor give reasons when denying motions and erodes public confidence Timeliness: hard to reach and hides a lot
