Municipal Court, Jacksonville Texas Fairness & Impartiality: He is biased. He represented the other person in my case years ago, and now he is the municipal court judge… since he represented the other person he doesn’t like me at all, and wouldn’t work with me for nothing. He also has a law firm, which I would NOT recommend. Judicial Temperament: Not professional at all.
