Custody Case: Dad admitted to anger issues, drinking problems, smoking around our child (I had lab evidence of high nicotine exposure to our child), unstable living (has moved 6 times in the last 5yrs), 3CPS allegations, 1 dv allegation, he never attended dental visits, regularly missed medical appointments, ect.. They had nothing on me but tried to paint me as drama when I reached out to friends trying to verify who was around my child as he was displaying odd behavior at home and a text from 7yrs ago before the child in question was even born yet regarding my oldest that I had sent admitting to me feeling bad for spanking her and closing her in her room to walk away a sec. I’m a nurse with a bachelors degree, managed all medical/dental appointments, had more parenting time in 2024 & 2025 and claimed him on taxes.. I don’t get it. the judge has this wrong. Legal Knowledge: In the judges written ruling, he put a permanent injunction prohibiting me from posting about the litigation on any social media, being a broad overreach and a direct violation of my constitutional rights. Fairness & Impartiality: Clearly a fathers judge. Judicial Temperament: He only got upset one time and it was when I was trying to admit evidence he got a little abrasive when he said he would listen to the evidence later instead of the court room. Communication: There was no explanation or anything on the ruling that we got a month and a half after the trial. Timeliness: The trial was June 8th, the judgement letter didn’t come out until July 24th.
