Divorce, Protective Order, Modification, Motion Legal Knowledge: He will Recite legal knowledge all day but applies ZERO of it when making or not making rulings Fairness & Impartiality: My attorney turned over to the judge all of my financials and the current dire situation me and the children were in. Other party provided zero documents to the judge. Judge even caught the other party in a lie. Even after all of that judge made decisions and calculations of child support based solely on the verbal words given by the other party. Even after the judge was shown the provided documents of the income and the caught lies, the judge still did not make changes or hold the other accountable. Judicial Temperament: This judge acts like he is so annoyed to have to do his job and actually hear cases. When Scheduled hearings are set to start, he stops them and makes them do mediation rather than her the case. He has required this on both motion to compel hearings I have been involved with. Like obviously there is no mediation at that point, the whole reason why a motion to compel had to even be filed. He allows this motions to continue to just be filed after file rather than hold a party to the law. This just exacerbates the other part from never complying and draining the other.
