Legal Knowledge: Judge Munford disregards Texas Law in its entirety. He has failed to uphold even the basic principals of law. He does not honor the family code, rules of procedure, and willfully violates the rights of participants especially those representing themselves. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge Munford is incompetent, and therefore does not provide a fair process. He favors represented parties, and exhibits a pattern of taking rulings "under advisement" to prevent an honest opinion on the record. He will tamper with recusal motions and uses his coordinator in the process to prevent any chance of being recused. Judicial Temperament: Judge Munford does a good job at hearings with temperament, but its just an act because despite what is said at hearings, he will take even the most prima facie matters under advisement to prevent ruling in favor of a self represented party. Communication: Judge Munford exhibits no communication skills as all of his orders and rulings are made from templated documents. Timeliness: Judge Munford tolerates significant delays in adjudicating matters, often caused by his coordinator.
