Legal Knowledge: he took over my CPS case and was also in charge of my disabled teenage sons criminal CHARGES, charged him with no trial,no evidence (the detective on the case in a previous court date said he hadn't seen any evidence in regards to the case against my son) and he still charged him and then put him in Juvenile detention 10 hours away from me. my son's criminal defense attorney is located in our home town and refuses to defend him. my rights were terminated I'm going through a hopefully rehearing it's before the Texas supreme court now. I fled the US and seeking asylum in the UK I have preliminary findings as a victim of tortue for what this man's decision led to. Fairness & Impartiality: I can submit any and all evidence. he also sits on the board of directors that's getting kick backs for the kids he is sending away. Judicial Temperament: I asked for discovery in the case and he refused said unless I signed the parenting plan which I never did because I'm innocent Communication: my trial attorney never put in a request for discovery so I'm not sure how anyone can represent someone without evidence. I was able to get my full cps case file and it is very clear this man never saw it I feel it would have gone differently if he actually reviewed the CPS case file.
