Legal Knowledge: The conduct attributed to Judge Graham Quisenberry raises serious questions concerning jurisdiction, due process, judicial impartiality, and the proper exercise of judicial authority. Allegations that matters were assumed or initiated without proper jurisdiction, particularly where fundamental parental rights were at stake, deserve independent examination rather than institutional insulation. These are precisely the types of allegations that warrant a thorough, evidence-based review by the appropriate judicial oversight and public-integrity authorities. Fairness & Impartiality: From a court watcher’s perspective, the appearance of fairness and impartiality in this courtroom is deeply concerning. A judge’s authority is not absolute; it is constrained by due process, judicial ethics, and the fundamental right of every litigant to receive a fair and neutral hearing. No courtroom should operate as though judicial discretion places one individual above meaningful accountability or scrutiny. Judicial Temperament: From a court watcher’s perspective, the judicial temperament displayed was deeply concerning and, at times, disgraceful. A judge is expected to demonstrate patience, dignity, professionalism, and respect regardless of disagreement with a litigant. When hostility, dismissiveness, or intimidation replaces those qualities, it undermines both the appearance of impartiality and public confidence in the judiciary. Communication: From what I observed as a court watcher, the court’s communication with pro se litigants was deeply concerning. Individuals appearing without counsel seemed to be routinely shut down rather than afforded a meaningful opportunity to present their positions and be heard. Self-representation should never diminish a litigant’s right to respectful treatment, procedural fairness, and meaningful access to the court. Timeliness: From a court watcher’s perspective, the lack of timely rulings on motions and other critical matters is deeply concerning. In family court, delay is not harmless—time can create significant and sometimes irreparable separation between parents and children. When motions remain unanswered or proceedings are repeatedly delayed, the passage of time itself can effectively determine the outcome before the merits are ever fully heard. Timely justice is an essential part of meaningful due process.

SAPCR Legal Knowledge: I have observed over 100 hearings and read many cases. Started law school but haven’t finished. Fairness & Impartiality: seems to settle cases by consulting with attorneys outside the presence of their clients. when in hearings or trial it’s seems apparent which way he is going to rule by the way he treats the one who is favored cs the one who is scorned.

★☆☆☆☆ Litigant

I had a final trial in his court for a SAPCR. Legal Knowledge: Thr case was over before it started. If you do not have an attorney in his court room and the other side does, be prepared to be treated like you are ignorant and they do not give you an ounce respect there. I was yelled at on numerous occasions bc they didn’t like my answers. He will also allow the opposing counsel to break all the rules of the court. Fairness & Impartiality: Again, the biggest issue I think was this exactly. the unfairness he showed from the very first word he spoke showed just how biased the whole trial would be. and the whole trial I should mention only lasted 5 minutes max. Judicial Temperament: He yelled at me on two separate occasions bc I was not “answering” opposing counsel’s questions how she wanted me too. I have always thought that if you don’t know the answer you are to say just that. “I don’t know”, but for them that’s not what they wanted me to say so I was yelled at. Communication: Until I ordered my transcript I had no idea what actually happened in the end. we left very very confused. He never once said a ruling and never once explained himself in why he made the drastic decision and changes to my sons life like he did. Timeliness: He ordered opposing counsel to put the final order together and get it sent to me to get it finalized and to him for the signature. 8 months later we finally were placed on the dismissal docket for that Monday. Friday at 455pm I received the final order to negotiate the errors with her on and as always, OC was up to no good and everything was wrong with the order. But bc I was not represented by an attorney, she told me I was wrong with all of my correspondence on the corrections needed. I thought we would still go before the judge Monday so i could explain all the issues with the order and instead this judge just signed that bogus order that was put before him and dismissed our court date before him and the whole case. He just signed whatever was before him. resulting in me losing all of my rights to my son.
