CORRUPT!!! He does not allow public into his court so they can't see his corruption. He knew 100% & was handed proof by a court clerk that a person was innocent & no way could have even been in the area or time of a crime yet sentenced him to 4 years. PLUS he has adopted children of assault, so should never judge over those cases(conflict of interest- you will be guilty no matter what proof you have) or any drug or alcohol case either since conflict of interest. He was Britt Ligion's right hand man. Prosecute, make money, get them on supervision. All before trial to make money for the county and then sentence them , even though they know they're innocent to make money for the state. Legal Knowledge: YOU ARE NOT Innocent so proven guilty. YOU ARE GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY. MAKE THE COUNTY MONEY. Fairness & Impartiality: HE DOESN'T KNOW THE MEANING OF IT!!! MAKE THE COUNT MONEY. Judicial Temperament: RUDEST and most evil man Communication: It doesn't matter what is proven saying or said it's his way money , money Timeliness: Your trial won't happen for as long as they can put it off. Because in Montgomery County, you're on mandatory supervision, drug testing and whatever other charge that they can add to use even before you go to trial. So figure out an average child is at least 2 years from your whatever day. They've made that much money every single month
