Custody case
Legal Knowledge: Judge violated respondent's constitutional rights.
Fairness & Impartiality: Judge unevenly relied on unlawfully and unapointed amicus attorney, who exhibited extreme and obvious bias.

custody modification
Legal Knowledge: Judge Hayes overlooked crutial evidance presented for the childs best interest. He did not adhear to family texas code, texas AG legal documents, case law, texas or US constitutional rights. He did not adhear to texas family code regarding child support. He placed a therapist in a role that violates her code of ethics. Judge Hayes allowed the attorney who was no longer court appointed to the case to opporate as if she was which has resulted in emotional harm to the child. Judge Hayes lack of regard for law and abuse of his judicial descrition (all things substantiated by legal documenation) is devastating and deeply concerning.
