★☆☆☆☆ Litigant

I had petitioned in the beginning for a jury trial for my divorce.. when my jury trial for the divorce was supposed to take place the judge held a bench trial prior to the jury, even entering the room. and then proceeded to hold a trial for the termination of my parental rights. without me ever being properly served. in completely disregarding what the trial was originally for. therefore he is unethical. in violation of his oath. and in the end, and unfortunately, I don't have the resources to pursue any actions against him. otherwise I would..

Timeliness: Judge took a month to reach opinion. I could not allow myself to vote for him during his last three elections because he does not have the accountability or integrity to make a fair judgement or hold this position. Legal Knowledge: I do not believe the law was followed by this judge. Fairness & Impartiality: Judge allowed other side to lie and make false claims and after the lies were confirmed just sat there probably not thinking or noticing anything. Communication: Very poor communication.
