Custody that featured evidence of physical abuse from opposing counsel. Opposing counsel showed no hard proof evidence of the defendant's inability to parent the child that they had primarily raised themselves. False allegations were given grace while defendant was not able to provide their narrative. Opposing counsels attorney also attended the same school with Judge Aiken. Was on a temporary order for an extended amount of time. When defendant provided substantial evidence to be able to have primary custody with no evidence of the false allegations - primary, physical custody and child support was given to the abuser. Giving defendant one day a week to see the child they gave birth to. Forced defendant to drive over 350 miles on their one day granted to see the child while DENYING the defendants request for the parties to meet halfway while Opposing party was already driving halfway to meet their ex with their other child whom they also took custody of. Judge Aiken allowed opposing party's attorney to consistently object to any testimony/evidence from defendant and their attorney
