Fairness & Impartiality: He completely discounted the abuse I had endured over the years and the arrest of my husband for assaulting me which lead to his arrest and conviction. the judge said “My family fights over chocolate cake like that in my house” and laughed. He later went on to lecture me about co parenting and tried to force coparenting counseling with my abusive husband. This man has signed 3 ETRO against me in the last 3 years with no evidence. just what my abusive husband has told him. My husband uses this tactic to control me. The first one was dropped by my husband because he was able to convince me to let him back in our house to reconcile. Judicial Temperament: Bench has likened my abuse from my husband to fighting over chocolate cake and taken my son from me for months by TRO without evidence. He’s a good ol boy mantality. My husband claimed he has ties with this judge and refuses to let another hear it. My own lawyer commented that the only way a judge would do these kinds of things is if he had ties. Communication: Just lectured me, an abused wife, about making sure my son formed his own opinion about his dad. He also said sometimes people do things they wouldn’t normally when a marriage is falling apart and we should learn to get along. Mind you, my husband was finally out of my house due to being arrested because my son had to pull him off my unconscious body. I finally called the police because I knew next time I would be dead Timeliness: Bench loves to sign TROs and have children taken with no evidence and then violates the 14 day requirement. he violates my 14th amendment rights constantly.

cps court Legal Knowledge: he allowed the kidnapping of my children Fairness & Impartiality: he did whatever cps wanted and said I deserved my boys to taken when I did nothing wrong. all I did was go to the store. and being a single mom. Judicial Temperament: the fact that he said I deserved to have my kids taken says everything. Communication: he did not give good enough reason for having my boys removed and allowed cps to throw everything at me. including dryg test classes and na when my case had nothing to do with drugs. and wouldn't allow me to get a new lawyer, when I requested one the first day. Timeliness: it took the court a month before we got to do the first hearing on why they removed my boys and stole custody
