Legal Knowledge: my attorney has made legal arguments on my case to get resolution on a property dispute. The argument from a year ago was that there was a bankruptcy and the sale from a property I bought at auction could possibly be void. She disagreed so we proceeded on the eviction. then we got the eviction and kicked the homeowner out. Then he hires lawyers on contingency fee he think $100,000 house is worth $1 million. They are pursuing the insurance. They missed a filing deadline and we were awarded in motion on summary judgment. At that time this judge followed the law. Then two weeks later she reverses our summary judgment. This was not legal. This could’ve ended my dispute and mitigated my attorneys fees. There’s only $50,000 of Equity in this home right now. There’s not $1 million of Equity like the contingency fee attorneys believe. Not that this impacts the law, but Donna Roth is a judge. I will never forget. She does need to be voted out. She is incompetent. I think the Public should know that she does not follow the law. But clearly and more importantly, she does not make decisions. And that opens the door to infinity for never getting resolution. Infinity also means that your attorneys fees are going to be infinity as well. Fairness & Impartiality: Donna Roth should not be a judge. she awarded an MSJ and then she revoked the MSJ two weeks later with no legal basis. This could’ve gotten me out of a very costly dispute for which I’m an innocent bystander. The contingency fee attorneys are going after the insurance, but they’ve wrote me into their dispute. They pretend like they want this house back, but it’s all about the insurance and milking the insurance for as much money as they can get. There’s $50,000 of Equity but they’re treating this house like it’s worth $1 million. The legal system is really screwed up. But this judge is a fine example of what is gone wrong with the legal system. Judicial Temperament: this is a judge that does not follow the law. she is stood in court courtrooms with lawyers, watching in disbelief about her lack of predictability and application of the fairness of the law. Lawyers like her should just be lawyers and not judges. She does not have the demeanor to be a judge. She is completely unpredictable, whimsical and does not want to make decisions. Stay out of her courtroom if you can. Communication: at least, if a judge is not gonna follow the law and going to grant an MSJ only to revoke it a few weeks later, the Public is owed an explanation for such whimsical decisions. She may also want to pay attention to attorneys fees and the parties that have the real dispute , not an innocent bystander who got roped into somebody else’s dispute like myself. Timeliness: Lisa Roth should not be a judge. I just simply can’t give her anything better than a one star rating. She does not have the demeanor to be a judge. She does not make decisions. She causes delays. She is every lit against worst nightmare of a judge
