Judge Lyda Ness Garcia of the 383rd District Court in El Paso, Texas continues to ignore applications for temporary restraining orders filed by very concerned parents, she continues to ignore forensic examination results that report findings of sexual abuse on a child, and now she is ignoring a pediatrician's request for further examination after blood was found in a child's stool. Judge Lyda Ness Garcia and amicus attorney Maria Elena Grasheim should be charged with failure to protect a child. This is just one of several examples where Judge Lyda Ness Garcia has turned a blind eye to the alleged sexual abuse of children and has given the accused abusers access to their victims. There is a special place for people like Judge Lyda Ness Garcia. Judge Lyda Ness Garcia has put out orders to have me detained, has files an emergency protective order against me, and has filed a temporary injunction on me because I have spoken up about her unethical behavior. No arrest warrants have been issued for the alleged abusers. Judge Lyda Ness Garcia would rather arrest the person that reported the crime than arrest the person who allegedly committed the crime. #judgelydanessgarcia #judge #Corruption #blindeye #elpaso #court #FamilyCourtCorruption #StopChildAbuse #CorruptJudges #SaveOurChildren

No due process, her campaign treasurer was opposing counsel, has attorneys who contributed to her campaign on her approved list for GALs, Parental Facilitators, and Mediators. Perjury allowed in her courtroom. Silver Bullet Method is allowed to gain the upper hand, exparte TROs, and emergency switch of custody no evidence needed. Will not listen to experts. Legal Knowledge: Best interest of child is not considered. Fairness & Impartiality: Cases are based on who the attorney are. Judicial Temperament: Judge believes she knows more than the experts, is rude and will close down zoom hearings without a reason. Communication: Judge makes up stuff to fit her narrative. There's no explanation even when litigants ask. If you happen to be ProSe it's bad. Timeliness: There's no time line in that courtroom.
