Famiy Law - Parent-Child Relationship Fairness & Impartiality: I have a lengthy court related history of dealings with this "judge", and because of this she is extremely bias. she isn't fair. she'll order one thing the. turn around at the next hearing saying that the other party doesn't have to follow through with it, even after the deadline has way passed. I have an almost 4 year case now with her. My last FOUR hearings was supposed to be the "final hearing"... and we're still going. She's a crooked judge and she doesn't follow the law. I could write a novel about her. Judicial Temperament: Absolutely not. Communication: Negative. Timeliness: She's dragging the case out which is almost 4 years now.
