I am the protective parent, pro se in dependency and neglect involving my small child and her abusive dad. Legal Knowledge: violated me and my child’s rights, put my child with her abuser as punishment for taking protective measures. no cause, due process, and not in child’s best interest. Fairness & Impartiality: he is biased against women and children. Judicial Temperament: he showed extreme emotion visibly and verbally, he has yelled at me at every hearing, he has called me crazy. he has no control of his emotions and a lot of power.
