Custody and Divorce. Legal Knowledge: He goes against his own judgements often. Which shows he does not read over cases before court sessions. Does not take peoples rights into consideration. I think this is because he has not been called out on this yet. Fairness & Impartiality: He tends to side with males over females. I witnessed one case where the female was put in the hospital and had to have stitches from a domestic violence situation, he gave the father full visitation. I also had a domestic violence situation in my case, he stated the fighting was between my ex and I, it did not involve the kids, even though there was a CPS case opened against him since it happened in front of the children and they stated it was considered child abuse. The attorneys he hangs with after hours tend to win in his courtroom. They are also the ones who mostly donated to his campaign. Judicial Temperament: He likes to make comments about you “wasting his time”. He is very rude if you are pro se and has made comments about how you must need legal counsel if you don’t have a attorney. Communication: Tells the attorneys to figure it out. This leaves more room for mistakes, unintentional or intentional, to be made. Which only leaves parties to file more in court. Timeliness: He rushes everyone.
