presents doctored evidence in preliminary child support hearings, which is cross evidence into child custody hearing later at the child support hearing cross evidence is destroyed thrown underneath bench. Legal Knowledge: is it not illegal to destroy evidence and falsify information? Fairness & Impartiality: be prepared to pay more than the worksheet shows so they can get more Federal funding. Judicial Temperament: very fair if the two parties have nothing for the courts to gain. Communication: does not ask questions only gives directives with no correct information just what the district attorney's office/dcs provides. Timeliness: provides hasty decisions

Legal Knowledge: biased as usual. last time in front of this MAGISTRATE she calculated custody time away from father and gave it to "mother" then imputed "mothers" work hours down to minimize "mothers" obligation and max fathers Fairness & Impartiality: biased towards females Judicial Temperament: rambles as if she struggles to stay focused and on task
