Fairness & Impartiality: if a parent promises not to do meth anymore and fight in front of the kids this judge gives the kids back to the parent on just a promise even after multiple positive drug test. only thing they do is to place the individual into the safe at home program so their address is no longer within that County it's in Davidson County, via Tennessee National guard mailing service. More than likely the reason why all of the statistics for drugs are dropping across the state and Davidson county TN is the second highest in the Country. Judicial Temperament: I have seen him be tough on individuals that need to be tough on I do give him that. Communication: he does explain rules and laws within the courtroom and how they've changed and affected courts and how the court is preceded and proceeds with that law. Timeliness: excellent communicator as well as if you have an issue that needs to be heard he will hear it in a very timely manner.
