This ignored 2 previous orders in which parenting time took precedence over activities. Even though the other parent withheld repeatedly & admitted to violating multiple stipulations he then penalized with a judgement for almost $27k in attorney fees without holding a hearing to determine ability to pay, assets, etc. Communication: The order was written with zero clarity to create conflict. Timeliness: Order took months, no oral ruling, attorney fees were awarded several months after the fact with no evidentiary hearing or oral ruling.
