The judge put a guilty plea in when I never pled guilty , made comments directed toward me that I am a hothead. allowed officer & girl to commit perjury on the stand making numerous conflicting statements. was a rule 600 violation, violated rule 121, allowed me to proceed pro se not meeting all elements on trascript , didn’t give me stand by counsel which is required when prison time is threatened , would not allow me to submit evidence. the sheriff that sat in on the case in the courtroom told me something wasn’t right. they then charged me for a jury trial when I had a bench trial. Legal Knowledge: horrible Fairness & Impartiality: defiently not made comments toward me which showed he made a bias decision Timeliness: said he needed time to decided what to do after bench trial. then I found he put guilty plea in when I never pled guilty
