PFA case I filed , that was moved to this judge Fairness & Impartiality: very biased allowed girl to drew in mini skirt & top with breast showing no sleeves & stomach . would not allow a continuance for my lawyer to represent. my lawyer told me ask for one. since I had yet to it should be granted. Judicial Temperament: made comments toward me like he wanted to start a fight . he has a criminal record for kicking person in the face also from years ago. Communication: horrible Timeliness: he makes fast decisions would not look at any of my evidence
