Crooked judges are the ones who get promoted in Pennsylvania. Legal Knowledge: Regardless of what legal knowledge she may have, she acts stupid when the disfavored party would benefit from the law. Fairness & Impartiality: This judge is a totally corrupt hollow shell of a petson, a sociopath with zero conscience. Judicial Temperament: This judge makes egregious rulings and is just about as corrupt as they get. Communication: This judge has nothing worth reading to say. Timeliness: Timeliness on carrying out corrupt deeds is hardly a positive feature.
