I asked this judge to grant me emergency custody two times involving suspected abuse on the child’s father in cause he has primary custody two times without looking at my evidence she denied my case without hearing me multiple times she’s told my baby dad he is in contempt but did not hold him accountable she is not following Kaydens law act 107 of 2024 it days all judges are supposed to review evidence of abuse neglect Ceorcive control abuse and sexually before making a decision she refused to do that she has been looking at me for my past instead of what I have done and what my evidence is she is always on the fathers side no matter what and even the officer I spoke to said the court system is flawed and everyone knows it when I’m just trying be a good caring parent to my child but she makes it hard to do that she has also judged me for my learning disability because I have dislexia and aid u can’t just be making up words when I wasn’t trying to I also have adhd and it’s hard for me to stay on track when then man who abused me physically and mentally is standing right next to me my anxiety goes up and I wanna puke cause the man has raised his fist at me so many times where I had to call for my parent to come help me cause I’m locked in a bathroom scared to death crying while pregnant with my sin but no she didn’t care then if she would listen to me she would know this and not allow this child with his parent
