Legal Knowledge: Criminal statutes are strictly construed. This judge has little regard for law. Fairness & Impartiality: This judge is corrupted by politics and has zero regard for Truth or Innocence. Judicial Temperament: This judge has no temperment. He is a hollow shell of a person with no conscience whatsoever. Communication: This judge compleyely tried to stonewall and evade my claims by using every trick in the book to act like he didn't understand and strictly interpreting the formatting against me, denying me transcripts and case-file without explanation. Timeliness: If timeliness mattered, I would not say he was slow to carry out the injustice he planned.
