custody Fairness & Impartiality: In several instances, she has given custody to the wrong parental choice. Removing the child from the stable house to one of questionable stability.

very fair and listened to every piece of evidence presented. Saw through the manipulation and ruled fairly many times. I think the only downfall was not being harsh enough and allowing harassment to continue many times. Judicial Temperament: never lost her cool and really stayed calm. asked questions when needed Communication: let us know basically every hearing what she is seeing etc and with the laws how things will be moving forward. Timeliness: for the most part had decisions within 30 days but the court was back logged so it took awhile to get hearings

in loco parentis gp of 8 yrs had custody removed bc judge and OC are bffs Fairness & Impartiality: A friend of ours was the bailiff when our gd testified. That friend called me to tell me how she’s witnessed the judge and OC talk about cases, things to do together socially, and how it appeared that a switch flipped when my gd started testifying as opposed to prior to that in general conversation with our bailiff friend. Judicial Temperament: During my testimony the judge furiously typed and asked me to slow down numerous times. During father’s testimony the judge turned her chair sideways, crossed her legs, and looked out the window as if daydreaming. Legal Knowledge: The judge said that she “might not hear from (my husband) to save time.” Until I asked if I needed a civil rights attorney bc he’s a party in the case. This judge relied on hearsay only. None of the physical evidence influenced her decisions. Communication: She argued with my husband about the definition of “return”, but that’s not in the transcripts. Other transcripts were altered, too. Timeliness: One set of transcripts were not received by me until months later. She stated she didn’t have transcripts during one hearing, but our bailiff friend said they were under her hand on her desk at that time. Her orders were timely only because PA has a different timeline for custody cases, and this judge only does civil suits.
