I filed a motion, she read the entire thing and listened to all my concerns and corrected everything (giving me my rights back.) She gave me everything I asked for, with exception to 1 request, but explained what needs to be done for that request to be granted. Very fair! I'm still in litigation and have filed many things at different stages. Judicial Temperament: Very professional and patient. She listened to all of my concerns. Communication: I had asked for clarity on several topics and Honorable Judge Boyd explained in detail. Timeliness: I have no complaints. She rules in a timely manner. Legal Knowledge: As a defendant with concerns, Judge Boyd had the knowledge to correct many issues where my rights were being violated.
