family court Legal Knowledge: She seemed to be punctual and have knowledge of somethings but because my case is not normal and high conflict she didn’t seem to understand the severity and understanding of my situation. She did not have knowledge on coercive control or abuse. If she had been trained on any of these subjects she did not use it in my case. Fairness & Impartiality: She was completely biased against me and gave the other party a lot more than normal. It has infringed on my rights. Judicial Temperament: I don’t believe she respected me. She spoke clearly but her words were undermining. Timeliness: She was prompt but unnecessary.
