Legal Knowledge: Not sure what she does or is paid to do. In 5 years I have never met her but her rubber-stamped signature was on 95% of the orders.
Communication: If she wrote everything she rubber-stamped, there is a great deal of room for improvement. I believe all documents are identical for everyone. They are all vague and unenforceable.
