Legal Knowledge: If she applied the law, she would know that she job is a conflict of interest. She can not be a party of the state in which charges were made. The Judge and ADA need to present all cases before the Grand Jury which they do not do. They take an oath to follow the Constitution but they do not follow it. Fairness & Impartiality: She needs to control her courtroom better. She allows witnesses to keep rambling on and on. Judicial Temperament: Overly patient. Allows witnesses to go on and on with irrelevant topics. Communication: She continues to read her "script" about testifying and using a jury but all of that is Unconstitutional.
