Fairness & Impartiality: made an initial impression of client and opposing counsel. Refused to see the legal and financial abuse tactics by father and the obvious false parental alienation allegations against mother. Made rulings consistently in favor of opposing counsel and when the same issue was bought up by us we were overruled. Rulings that did not even make sense other than they were in favor of other side, refused to hear evidence, allowed one side to take over 90% of proceedings such that we could not put evidence in the record for appellate preservation or to get to the truth. Judicial Temperament: calm but very inexperienced and easily swayed by charm and not facts. influenced by power of other side and their ability to appeal. Timeliness: proposed orders a year old never signed, did not ensure motion to compel heard, did not ensure all court orders in the record were written to proposed and signed.

Legal Knowledge: Ordered a child’s attorney after OP admitted in their motion that the child was talked into asking for one. This has delayed a simple parenting time case for almost a year with no hearings on the calendar due to no child attorney having been appointed yet. Fairness & Impartiality: Denied motion to waive mediation after four failed attempts because OP refused to participate every time. Timeliness: We've spent $20,000 so far with literally nothing to show for it as she grants every motion OP files as delay tactics. Judicial Temperament: Can't comment because we haven’t been in her court yet. Communication: No explanation why she has ruled the way she has on all the motions.
